<div class="S23sjd"><span class="XpoqFe">Whole-ness - union of body and mind - is the ultimate goal of Yoga, yet <em>asana</em> (postures) are rarely practiced with this intention today. The muscles, bones and connective tissues are only a small (and the least important) fraction of our experience of <em>asanas</em> (postures) and Yoga. When we approach a physical practice with only these in mind, the full benefits are lost to us. </span></div>
