Free 4-Week Beginner's Series for Adults under age 50. You can expect a quick moving class to get your lean and limber and ready to start your day. We will do 15-25 postures giving you the fundamental actions you need to practice safely.
This is a zoom class. Online streaming only. You need a computer with a camera, so the teacher can see you and help you if you need to make adjustments. You'll also need a floor space to practice, near a wall, a mat, and 2 blocks or small stool.
