In 2017 the Nobel Prize in physiology and medicine was awarded for the principals of circadian rhythm and its effect upon all life. In Ayurveda this long acknowledged fact further dovetails into both daily rhythms as well as annual. Based on these cycles Ayurveda creates daily and seasonal protocols as the most important pillars of life. Known as dinacārya and rtucārya, we now have proof that if we follow these principals and protocols of aligning with the seasons of nature, our lives improve substantially. This workshop will be hands on.
