Week One Theme: Sleep, Restoration & Rejuvenation. Topics discussed will include how to promote restful sleep through meditation, how to restore when sleep is not easily accesible and how to rejuvenate your body to optimum health.
Week One Meditation: Yoga Nidra - an auditory guided meditation done in savasana. 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra equates to 2-3 hours of REM sleep. This practice is deeply healing, restorative & your only 'job' is to set an intention, lie back & listen to the journey!
Week Two Theme: The Chakras! Learn more about the energetic/electro-magnetic body and how you can utilize breathwork, chanting & visualization for powerful results.
Week Two Meditation: Vibrant Chakra Meditation
Week Three Theme: Vitality! Our discussion will touch on ways to add vitality, fire, motivation, creativity & drive into your life through meditation.
Week Three Meditation: Kundalini Meditation - a dynamic, movement based meditation that will open your senses to their full capacity, get your blood pumping & make you feel ALIVE!
