yoga room with cleansing breath work and a yoga flow with detox
twists to get you pumping followed by gentle and restorative holds
to set your mind and body at ease. Susan will provide inspirational
readings to get your planning for the new year off to a great
start. Bring a journal to jot down ideas as your inspiration flows
with your body. Class will end with guided meditation inside
the Himalayan salt cave!
