<p>Classical Hatha Yoga is the practice of combining the focus of breath and movement of asana.<br /> This yoga practice and is a potent alignment-oriented practice emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures.</p>
<p>Classical Hatha Yoga offers a slower moving class with a focus on strength building. Asanas are held in accurate alignment and emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance.</p>
<p>Although this is a challenging class, all levels are welcome - except for the absolute beginner.</p>
