The Beginner Yoga series is for those wanting an effective and tailored start to yoga. Specifically designed for beginners, this series provides a safe environment where everyone is new to yoga. Over the course of this series you are taken through the foundational postures one at a time, receiving alignment cues and immediate feedback to help you. Breathe work and relaxation is also covered. Your questions during class are encouraged and serve to help you and others gain a deeper understanding. Yoga mats and props are provided.
