Clinical Exercise Classes, previously 'Clinical Pilates' classes, are small group rehab sessions, led by a Physiotherapist.
During Clinical classes, you'll complete a customised exercise program specific to your needs.
Classes are 45 minutes.
A maximum of 5 clients in a class ensures our Physios can provide the attention, modifications, & progressions required to make sure you get the most out of every session!
You must first have a Physio Assessment at bodyBEgood prior to starting Clinical classes.
You must first have a Physio Assessment before you start Clinical classes, followed by 2 further review appointments. Please don't book classes until you've attended these appointments.
If it's more than 3 months since your last class, please contact us to book a review appointment, prior to booking classes.
Health insurance rebates may apply under Physio Extras - please confirm with your provider prior to starting with us.
Our cancellation policy is that a minimum 24 hours notice is needed if you are unable to attend. If you don't provide this, unfortunately you will be charged the full class fee.
