This unique class incorporates positive messages, music, and
movements from around the world to calm, stretch, strengthen,
invigorate and inspire you. We start with a positive message
followed by a breathing and stretching session and move right into
a collection of Barre, Tai Chi, Pilates Qi Gong, Yoga-inspired
movements and finish off class with a relaxing breathing pose. This
is our Studio Signature Favorite!
