<p>Throughout 2020, ICY will be focusing on the Yamas and Niyamas of Yoga Philosophy. The Yamas and Niyamas are 10 Ethical Guidelines to skillful living. These skills will give you a map to choosing attitude, thoughts and actions to fulfill your life journey. Each month, we will focus on a different Yama or Niyama. The series will run January through October. </p>
