The Stretch will focus on gentle stretches emphasizing the basic, rudimentary form of the Lastics Stretch technique and The Mattes Method. This class moves at a slower pace and teaches you how to control the parts of your body that will generate the most effective stretch. This class is perfect for people who are healing from an injury, conditioning for a sport, training for dance, gymnastics, skating, etc..., looking for pain relief, advancing a yoga or Pilates practice or just plain interested in being more flexible. All fitness levels are welcome.
