Aerial Fitness uses a supportive material and three levels of handles to focus on building stregnth and balance while offereing enhanced stretching and decompression. All levels welcome.

* Do not eat a large meal less than 3 hours before class. A light snack 1 to 2 hours before may help to prevent dizziness
* Bring a yoga mat
* Wear a shirt with sleeves
* Wear yoga pants that are not slippery/silky to improve “grip” on hammock material
* Please do not wear jewelry, zippers or anything that can snag or rip the hammock material
