<p>Hot Fusion class incorporates the postures in the 90 minute Hot Yoga class with a faster-paced vinyasa class. Hip openers, core strength, and upper-body poses create a full body strengthening and stretching 60 minute class. As in traditional Hot Yoga, the series is the same each time, which allows space for a moving meditation with consistent practice.</p>
<p>Reminder to bring mat, towel and water to class. </p>
