This special class is suitable for all levels of fitness and health. Group activity will include gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation.</p>
<p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Bring your own yoga mat. Optional bring your own pillow for comfort, you will be laying down on your back for the guided relaxation.</p>

<p class=""><strong>Already a Thrive Member? </strong>Any Thrive member on a Monthly Autopay OR Classpack are welcome to attend Thrive led workshops just like any other class.</p>
