Have you completed the Tai Chi Easy Beginner series and looking for an opportunity to practice your newly gained skills with others? Well here is your chance! This Tai Chi Easy Practice Class will include activities from the 4 Baskets of Practice: Breath, Body, Meditation/Mindfulness & Self-Applied Massage. Together, we will practice the 5 Tai Chi Easy Gestures, with and without walking, as well as be introduced to a variety of Qigong movements and Healing techniques.
