Come learn the art of hand balancing! Learn the fundamentals of the handstand and become comfortable upside down. The course will focus on wrist and shoulder prep, proper alignment, conditioning drills, use of the wall for practice, body awareness, how to safely fall out of a handstand, and more!
This course is suitable for anyone from the beginner to more advanced levels.
