Prenatal Spa Yoga with Jessica Hill
Spa yoga is a beautiful class that incorporates a restorative
style of yoga that promotes relaxation. Massage and hands on
adjustments are given while in each posture and hot towels are
applied to the feet! We use the blankets, bolsters and blocks
to keep you supported and comfortable plus sand bag weights are out
in different areas on the body such as the hands to help ground you
into the earth.
Practicing yoga during pregnancy is one of the best ways to
keep your body healthy and your mind relaxed.
All experience levels and all stages of pregnancy are
welcome!!
