Athletic Conditioning - Advanced Matwork
As much as we all love working on the reformer, it is exciting
to remember that matwork is the original Pilates
exercise. Equipment was developed to assist those who were
struggling to control their movement during the challenging matwork
series. When practiced properly, a 55-minute intermediate
matwork session can burn upwards of 650 calories and dramatically
strengthen your core stability and overall functional
strength. This class will move at a fast pace with minimal
