<p>Partner yoga is a type of yoga where poses are done jointly with another person -- like a spouse, relative, friend or even a stranger. Working together, you help each other stretch to your full potential.</p>
<p>The practice fosters trust, team work, balance, better communication, and a deeper sense of connection. It's also lots of fun! This workshop concludes with a restorative session to compliment the physicality of partner yoga.</p>
<p><strong>No previous experience with partner yoga necessary. Bring a friend, loved one, or come on your own. Everyone is welcome!</strong></p>
