<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You will cultivate a deeper connection with your baby and partner through yoga poses and breath practices in a fun and nurturing environment. Suggestions on techniques to support the pregnant mom during labor and birth will be offered. Together you will strengthen the bond you have to provide support as a team throughout labor, delivery and beyond.</span></p>
<p class="p2">No prior yoga experience is necessary but should be cleared by your obstetrician/midwife to participate. Non-heated environment. Please bring 2 pillows and 2 pens. </p>
<p class="p1">Taught by Tina Colella, RN, BSN, E-RYT, RPYT. Tina, a mother of 4,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>has been a women’s health nurse for over 20 years and has assisted hundreds of women in bringing their babies into the world. She is honored to bring her passion for teaching yoga and her experience in caring for women and their families during this special time together in fun and supportive ways.</p>
