If you’ve ever wanted to delve deeper into breathwork and spinal alignment, but never quite had the availability for a training, then this workshop is for YOU!
This workshop will delve deep into the anatomy of
breathing, both physical and energetic, and teach you techniques to
ENLIVEN your yoga practice (and your life) with the
breath!
Building upon the foundation of the breath, we will
go over spinal alignment principles that support your individual
needs.
Gain a better understanding of proper alignment in
some of the most common movements and postures in your yoga
practice!
Poses covered in depth:
Mountain Pose, Twisting Lunge, Cobra, Forward Fold,
Side Bends, Half Lift, Chair Pose

Joint Awareness

This workshop will teach you the fundamentals for
bringing active rotational movement to all the joints in the body
in your yoga practice!
Through mindful rotation of our joints we will
develop a better understanding of these (often overlooked) links in
the musculoskeletal system, improve joint health, and enhance
overall movement facility.
We will bring attention on developing muscle groups
that support and stabilize certain joint systems, as well as teach
you controlled articulate rotation (CAR’s) exercises to improve
overall range of motion.

I/II, Plank/Chaturanga

Vinyasa, Step Up Lunge
