<p>A chance to pause and practice mindfulness with your peers. Every week, we’ll be exploring topics related to yoga principles and considering practical ways to bring those principles off the mat and into daily life. We’ll begin with a short reading and introduction to mindfulness techniques before sitting together in 30 minutes of silent meditation, ending our time with a chance to share and discuss the week’s topic. We provide bolsters, blankets, and a limited number of chairs, but please feel free to bring a comfortable seat of your choosing. This class is open to ALL experince levels, beginner yogis and veteran yogis alike.</p>
