Join Megan and candace for a big heart opening practice - focusing on mobility of the chest, upper back and shoulders. Backbends have also been associated with fear and can bring up stored trauma and emotions. You’ll notice that making room in your heart through asana helps us step toward releasing that fear and walking toward love. </p>
