AMBA IS A MOVEMENT PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN
In the Amba Movement practice, you are invited to show up
exactly as you are, with all that
you are feeling and experiencing. You are guided to honor your
nature by moving the way
nature moves. Amba Movement incorporates various types of movement
similar to yoga and
dance, emulating the 5 elements of nature, and honoring the cycles
of the moon and seasons in order to bring women into a more
grounded and expansive relationship with themselves and the
earth through pure enjoyment rather than performance so that women
can root into their power as the CREATRESS of their own
lives. All levels welcome. Please note
that this
class is
for women
only.
