program that combines all of your favorite group fitness formats
into ONE class - Dance, Cardio, Strength Training, H.I.I.T.,
Calisthenics, Step, Boot Camp, Tabata, and more! If you want
variety with an intense workout, this is the class for you. During
this one hour class you will WORK hard and have FUN by continually
changing between various formats and exercises all choreographed to
