This is a standardized Jizamukti class. We practice the same sequence each class, with some variations offered. The purpose of practicing the same sequence is for the student to be able to see direct progress & improvements in their practice. Over time the practive becomes more fluid and therefore becoming more meditative. This is a lively class that includes, forward bends, back bending, inversions, chanting and spiritual intention. It is not too difficult in any direction, but instead a well rounded fun practice.
Please arrive 10 mins before class, sign in prior to class, dress comfortably. Yoga mat, blocks, straps & all props provided. Please advise teacher of any physical/emotional limitations before start of class. Reminder, please work within your specific limitations, poses can always be modified.
