Primal Dance taps into your body's innate wisdom and desire for movement. This style of dance combines organic soul driven moves inspired by Egyptian, Turkish and American Tribal fusion belly dance and West African dance.
This hour class is also an AWESOME workout with high intensity low impact dance, fitness movements including the use of light hand weights and a 3-5 minute abdominal blast before the much deserved cool down.
