<p><span style="color: #f336cd;"><strong>Mobility & Flow </strong>-<em> all levels are welcome however we highly recommend that <span style="color: #ff00da;">students have attended a minimum of 2 Beginner Level 1 Pole classes before signing up for this class in order to feel comfortable during the flow section</span>.</em></span></p>
<p>This class is a beautiful balance of functional mobility and pole flow! During the first 30 minutes you will go through a variety of mobility movements that will assist you in gaining more range of motion throughout your entire body. The last part of class will be dedicated to your pole flow practice, linking tricks and skills together to create flowy sequences that feel good for your body no matter what level you are at.</p>
<p>This class is done in bare feet but feel free to bring heels along if you like for the flow section!</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What To Bring & Wear: </strong></span></p>
<p>A Yoga mat is required for the first 30 minutes of class. Please wear workout leggings or shorts (if you want to link more advanced tricks) and feel free to bring heels if you like!</p>
