<p>Preparing for the Shamrock Run, another race, or just want to improve your daily run and avoid injury?</p>
<p>In this workshop,we will review the most common areas of complaint for runners: the foot, achilles, calves, knees, hips, IT Band, quads, psoas, and hamstrings. </p>
<p>You will learn 4 approaches to increasing range of motion in those problem areas--Static, Dynamic, Myofascial Release, and Targeted Strength Work--and techniques for integrating them into your cross training routine.</p>
<p>The workshop is part lecture, part practice and serves as a jumping off point for the Yoga for Runners series of yoga classes we will be providing through February. </p>
