<p>This class will be held at 21 Mill St. North for the Yogathon event. </p>
<p>Being a mom is a hard job and we want to help make it easier! Or at least be there with you for the journey. Being around a community of other moms is essential for survival. We bring a judgment free environment for group discussions during our prenatal and postnatal classes, we offer a place for you to come throughout your pregnancy for support physically, emotionally and mentally, there is also a great chance you will meet other moms who are at the same stage as you to connect with during this time and when the baby arrives.</p>
<p>The Prenatal Yoga and MOGA™ yoga series are lead by Jessica Hill, a mom herself to 3 amazing kids Gavin, Everly & Jade, she is an inspiration from her strength & confidence as a mother and is a shining example on how to raise great kids! Jessica has the knowledge, softness and loving nature that is the perfect fit for all moms to be. The Prenatal classes are a continuous 6 week series with a bonus class at the end of the series called Spa Yoga for Mama’s (a must try!)</p>
