<div>It is best to wear yoga like clothing or something easy to move in, leggings for beginner levels with tank or t-shirt. We don't wear shoes or socks and knee pads are strongly suggested. Leg warmers are optional and fun!</div>

<p>Class meets once a week for 90 minutes. Space is limited and classes are small to ensure personalized instruction.</p>
