Come join Steph for a heart centered afternoon to cultivate self-compassion by befriending the body and mind. This 2.5 hour workshop will introduce you to the teachings of self-compassion through movement, meditation, pranayama and inner reflection. We will explore a deeper, more loving awareness to the totality of our human experience by learning to offer a genuine kindness to ourselves and others.
Beginning in meditation to explore and develop the components of compassion for oneself and then carrying those teachings with us through a warm heart opening vinyasa flow. Eventually slowing the body down, settling into a yin series infused with inspirational poetry, essential oils and further compassion teachings. Ending the practice in a compassionate body scan, noticing and loving every inch of our being. The goal of this workshop is to cultivate an inner resilience, self-kindness and gratitude for our imperfect lives.
