Experience
movement in the air on a silk aerial hammock. In this
6 week fundamentals series you will learn basic
mounts, poses, and sequences from sitting and standing
positions. Each class will begin with light conditioning,
move onto silk skills and end with a short period of relaxation in
the hammock cocoon.
Over
the course of the series you will build strength,
improve flexibility and
coordination, build confidence,
expand your creativity, and most importantly, have
fun! Laura and Arica's mission is
to create a supportive environment where all levels and bodies are
encouraged to reach their potential.
This
series includes 6 aerial hammock classes as well
as 6 fitness classes so you can continue
developing strength for your aerial practice! Use your 6 drop
in fitness classes for any of our other scheduled Pilates or
conditioning classes.
