Active Youths is a class specifically designed to suit our younger community members.
A fully supervised class focussed on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, posture, balance, agility, coordination and flexibility.
Set in a fun, social group environment this class is for ages 7 – 13 years and is the perfect workout before school, to have our active youths alert and attentive for the day ahead.
Along with using their own body weight, they’ll use equipment such as ladders, hurdles, slides, skipping ropes, battle ropes, suspension trainers, plyometric boxes, fit balls, medicine balls and more.
Each session will help our active youths understand the benefits of exercise, living healthier, moving better, increasing better posture and therefor being more productive throughout their day.
