Functional X at Vitruvian Fitness is a constantly changing, challenging and fun group workout based on the same comprehensive functional training we use in our personal training programs. Programmed for the intermediate exerciser, exercises can easily be regressed or progressed to find the perfect amount of challenge for you. Each workout will have a specific goal and if you take the class frequently, you are guaranteed to improve your tone, strength, endurance, form, physique and technique. We'll use all our tools and equipment including the TRXs, Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Rowers, Sleds, Sand Bags, Slam Balls, Slide Boards, and Treadmills. We'll do strength work, agility work, plyometrics, cardio and HIIT.
