You will receive a Red Brick Yoga 5-class virtual Zoom pass to start the physical detox (valid for all group yoga classes online), and tips, demonstrations, favorite recipes, and community support every week from our very own Maryanne Sowinski. Maryanne has successfully completed this program multiple times and has adopted this as a way of life for her and her family.
