<p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-end para-style-body">Dr. Serena Kleinstub, DC, will walk you through the most common bones, muscles and tendons used in yoga classes. She will break down the details of their importance, how they work together, and how you can protect them. Experienced yoga instructors will then take you through the poses in which they are most commonly used.</p>
<p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-end para-style-body">This is an important workshop for yoga instructors or trainees, as well as students who want to understand the anatomy behind yoga.</p>
