If you want to feel fit, flexible and centred our 6-week
Beginner Yoga series is for you. Over 6 weeks we will help you to
establish a safe practice and understand the fundamentals of
yoga.
Beginner Yoga is the first step on your yoga path. This 6-week
class is an uplifting and informative introduction to yoga, that
will set the stage for you to begin a confident, regular practice
at our drop-in classes.
This class is limited to 12 students.
Investment: $145 (+hst), includes a 30 day New Student Pass for use immediately following the end of the series.
