Throughout this series, we will make our way through the body, head to toe, and give common areas that we hold stress and tension a little extra TLC. Both classes start with a focused workout of the upper or lower body, and culminate with a flow in which energy and breath guides the movement. This is a great way to boost your practice to the next level, and get a more in depth learning experience than the average class or private provides.</div>

<p dir="ltr">The second section, "Psoas and Hips", focuses on the engine of our body. The psoas and hips are the middle of the body that is responsible for connecting the upper half to the lower half. Sitting at a desk, in a car, or just living life, can cause this area to get blocked. Throughout this class we'll work on unglueing the pelvis and creating a stronger feeling of a full connected body instead of individual parts.</p>
