-Practitioners of yoga with at least 2 months experience in group classes (beginner included) or daily at home practice. This is not a brand new beginners workshop. This series will offer the skills to feel more confident and aligned in vinyasa-based classes, as well as exposing you to a wide range of experiences.
-Practitioners wanting to take their studio practice to their house. This series will allow you the skills needed to safely and dynamically practice yoga on your own in various ways.
