End your week with a rejuvenating Restorative Yoga class that is intentionally designed to alleviate stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This class is taught at a relaxed pace and utilizes specific props that allow all bodies to find comfort in the postures. The intention is to exert as little physical effort in the therapeutic poses, which allows the student to focus the minds effort towards breath control, which in turn has a realigning effect on the nervous system. Our teachers hold space with compassion and care so that individuals can feel safe to release and recover from the stress cycle.
