The Introductory Reformer class is highly recommended for those who are new to Pilates, recovering from injury or have not practiced for some time, and simply wish to freshen up on the fundamentals of Pilates. It is a pre-requisite that all new students attend 1 introductory class, before moving into the small group reformer classes. This class is 30 minutes in duration.
