This event will feature Yin Yoga
poses led by Paula, designed to slow you down, restore &
soothe, while being treated to a Gong Bath with Jonny as he uses
the power of sound to align and bring the body and mind into
equilibrium during your practice.
On a mental and emotional level a
Yin practice allows the body to drop down into the parasympathetic
system, the rest and digest system. It is a very grounding,
calming, and relaxing practice.
Sound Healing allows us to take
much-needed time out for ourselves, resulting in a variety of
noticeable benefits such as reducing stress, enhancing creativity,
releasing emotional blockages and improving our overall
wellbeing.
What to expect:
A slow-paced style of Yoga where
the postures are held for up to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga targets and
stretches the deep connective tissues, ligaments and joints,
combined with healing sounds, can be a powerful experience to
de-stress, let go and find inner peace.
