Move through varied sequences
of yoga poses with a deep awareness of the breath like a flowing
dance. We start with warming up the body, moving through sun
salutations and variations on a theme towards a peak pose before a
sweet relaxation. Accessible for everyone, especially when you
honour where you are with your practice. Expect to move up and down
in a flowing motion holding poses for a few breaths. You may work
gently (gentle flow) or more strongly (dynamic vinyasa
yoga)
