<p>Good yoga form isn't just relaxing exercises! Yoga generates useful and practical strength that supports us in our everyday lives. Good energy enhances our ability to hold positions that increase our vitality and raise our life force. Holding poses is a more mature practice in yoga. Strengthening poses help to keep us limber and agile! Such poses are perfect for practice in the cooler months because they warm the body from the inside. We will be performing poses that build useful strength in our legs, arms, shoulders, and back muscles. The workshop is available to all levels of students, including beginners.</p>
