Yoga practice a little deeper! You will have the opportunity to
experience different mudras (gestures which direct energy
internally), mantras (chants), pranayama (breathing techniques) and
discover the nature and effect of the Chakras (energy centres).
Some of these practices will be incorporated into a practice of
slow-flow asana, designed to be a moving meditation that will allow
you to deepen your inner awareness. It is suitable for students of
all levels.
