Prepare to build heat internally as we move through balance poses, backbends, twists, and slow, deep stretching. Sequence is the same from class to class, with the same 26 poses in the same order, plus pranayama breathing exercises. Each practice begins with the breath, with each pose preparing the body for the next, allowing practitioners to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a sweat towel. </p>
