<p>In this workshop, we will explore and interweave the philosophies and practices within Tibetan Tantra and Yin Yoga. These two wisdoms effortlessly complement one another, creating holistic healing for mind, body, and soul.</p>
<p>First, we will dive into ancient Tantric buddhist philosophy, breath-work, and elemental meditation. We will explore practices that cultivate awareness and presence, tap into our inner wisdoms, and connect deeply to ourselves, our energy bodies, and the world around us, setting the stage for a therapeutic dive into Yin yoga.</p>
<p>Energetically centered and mindfully nurtured, we will explore the unique interplay of the concepts of inner and outer, Yin and Yang, and the Tao in Yin philosophy. Tibetan Tantra seamlessly complements Yin practices as they open the meridians in our bodies, allowing us to relax and melt into our yogic poses, and create space for emotional and physical healing.</p>
