<div>Week three: Yoga Therapy using Pranayama and Kriya. Learn what breath patterns are best suited for YOU - in your current state - and how to use kriyas - which we will learn what they are - to bolster and boost your practice</div>

<div>Week four: Yoga Therapy using Sounds and Mantras. Learn how different sounds and chants can help your current state. This is a fun session that we learn about pitch, tempo, mantras, and chakras.</div>

<div>After learning basic assessment skills we will start each week with an assessment and then a teaching on each of the 3 topics - Asana, Pranayama/Kriya, and Mantra/Sound. You will gain deep insight on your inner state and how to tell when you are in a certain <br />"zone" and more importantly, what to do about it.</div>
