<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">Dates: April 18, May 16, June 13 and July 18, 2020.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">$60 for all classes. $20 drop in per class.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">Toddlers are allowed at Julie's discretion and will be an extra cost of $5.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;"><span class="s1">We will focus on building community with mothers and learning exercises that can be done with their infants wrapped on their bodies or on their mats. Focus will be on </span><span class="s1">increasing physical strength and recovering from delivery. Class is appropriate for mothers that deliver via Cesarean section. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;">No prior training or experience needed. Class is open to all <span class="s1">women that are post partum and have a physician’s release to </span><span class="s1">return to exercise. Mothers are welcome to bring their newborns to </span><span class="s1">class with them. Mothers should bring a wrap so they can practice poses with their babies wrapped on the front of their bodies. Once babies are walking/highly mobile they are welcome at my discretion. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;">Julie Hoffman has been an RN for 28 years. She worked for 8 years in Labor and Delivery and has attended approximately 1000 deliveries. Julie has studied yoga for 17 years. She is passionate about bringing yoga to students at all stages of the life span as she believes that the practice of yoga can truly help to make the world a better place. </span></p>
